针对国家电网四川省计量中心自动化检定流水线系统在运行监控和数据处理上存在的问题,设计主动式采集监控技术。该系统大大降低了与国网自动化流水线检定系统的耦合度,通过自动开发的分布式采集平台和针对检定测算数据的ETL工具,实现对国网自动化流水线检定系统数据的主动采集和转换融合。系统在服务器端采用数据预处理方式对海量检定与设备工况数据进行实时统计分析,有效地提高了对海量数据查询、统计和分析的响应速度。通过建立集中监控平台实时展示各类生产信息和生产动画仿真,提升了计量中心管理运维水平。
In view of the problems existing in operation monitoring and data processing of automatic verification pipeline system of Sichuan Metrology Center of National Grid, the active acquisition monitoring technology is designed. The system greatly reduces the degree of coupling with the automatic network verification system of the national network. Through the automatic development of distributed acquisition platform and ETL tools for verification and calculation of data, the automatic acquisition and conversion of the data of the automatic network verification system of the national network are realized. The system uses data preprocessing method on the server side to conduct real-time statistical analysis on mass verification and equipment working condition data, which effectively improves the response speed to massive data query, statistics and analysis. Through the establishment of centralized monitoring platform real-time display of various types of production information and production animation simulation, improve the measurement center management and maintenance level.
