本文用解析方法系统地计算了静电加速器中各区域的电场,得到了高压电极上部电场的均匀化条件。计算表明,为了降低分压环的电场,迭件柱的直径应小于钢筒直径的1/e,且应随着轴向电位梯度的增加而减小。计算还表明,文献[1]关于分压环截面的结论是不全面的,分压环截面的椭圆程度存在着与轴向电位梯度相对应的最佳值。
In this paper, the electric field of each region of the electrostatic accelerator is systematically calculated by analytical method, and the homogenization conditions of the electric field above the high voltage electrode are obtained. The calculation shows that in order to reduce the electric field of the partial pressure ring, the diameter of the stacked column should be less than 1 / e of the diameter of the cylinder and should decrease with the increase of the axial potential gradient. The calculation also shows that the conclusions of literature [1] on partial pressure ring cross section are not comprehensive, and the degree of ellipse of partial pressure ring cross section has the best value corresponding to the axial potential gradient.
