简要介绍了无机膜的用途、特点、传质机理和制备方法,对无机膜反应器的应用类型,以及无机膜反应器应用面临的挑战进行了综述。将无机膜按致密膜和多孔膜进行划分,并分别加以介绍。按催化剂与无机膜的结合方式介绍了四种类型的无机膜反应器以及它们目前主要的六种应用场合,即严格计量的快速反应,提高多相反应速率,反应耦合,均相催化反应,部分氧化反应,脱氢反应。
The applications, characteristics, mass transfer mechanisms and preparation methods of inorganic membranes are briefly introduced. The application types of inorganic membrane reactors and the challenges in the application of inorganic membrane reactors are reviewed. The inorganic membrane according to the dense membrane and porous membrane division, and were introduced. According to the combination of catalyst and inorganic membrane, four types of inorganic membrane reactors and their main six applications are introduced, namely, strict measurement of rapid reaction, increase of heterogeneous reaction rate, reaction coupling, homogeneous catalytic reaction, Oxidation reaction, dehydrogenation reaction.
