采用单一Weibul统计分布函数及缺陷引发断裂的不同机制来描述拉伸强度的分散性及其与纤维特性的内在联系。结果发现具有不同断裂机制的缺陷所引发的拉伸断裂其强度分布分别符合Weibul分布,并具有各自独特的形态和参数,从而可从统计学角度对纤维所含缺陷及纤维性能进行分类和描述。
A single Weibul statistical distribution function and different mechanism of defect-induced fracture are used to describe the dispersion of tensile strength and its intrinsic relationship with fiber properties. The results show that tensile fracture caused by defects with different fracture mechanisms is distributed in Weibull distribution and has its own unique morphology and parameters, so that the defects and fiber properties contained in the fibers can be classified and described from the statistical point of view.
