随着学生体质和健康得到越来越多的关注和重视,2012年,教育部出台了《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要(2012年修订)》,指导各中小学加强措施提高学生身心健康发展。2014年,教育部又启动实施了中小学心理健康特色学校争创计划,树立先进典型,推动中小学全面普及心理健康教育工作。广州市海珠区新港路小学是海珠区第二所被评为广州市心理健康特色学校的小学,学校在“书香学府知行合一”办学理念指引下,根据“知行”品质特征,形成了“和悦共进、相融发展”的心理健康教育理念,借助心理学理论支撑,把心理健康教育融入到日常教育教学活动之中,让学生在积极的参与体验中,尽享成长和成功的愉悦。本文主要阐述学校体育活动对小学生心理健康的积极影响和在体育活动中如何运用有效措施提高学生心理品质。
