1 问题的提出用试压泵或增压器对工件等进行密封试压,尤其是高压密封试压时,多采用硬管连接。当试压场所和工件尺寸发生变化时,工人只有硬性搬动与工件相连的硬管,就增加了工人的劳动强度,又给试压带来不便。为提高工效,适应各类作业环境,经实践设计了一种可自由转动的活动接头。试压管路(亦可用于液压管路)配上活动接头后,就可不受试压件尺寸的影响。试压泵和工作间的距离也可根据需要随时调整。
1 The proposed problem is to use a pressure test pump or a supercharger to seal test pressure on workpieces, especially for high-pressure seal test pressure. When the pressure testing site and the workpiece size change, the workers only rigidly move the hard pipe connected to the workpiece, which increases the labor intensity of the workers and brings inconvenience to the pressure test. In order to improve work efficiency and adapt to various operating environments, a freely rotatable joint has been designed. After the pressure test line (also used for hydraulic lines) is fitted with a movable joint, the influence of the size of the test piece can be avoided. The distance between the test pump and the workshop can also be adjusted as needed.
