由于PID调节具有结构灵活,参数整定方便的优点,它被广泛地应用于工业过程控制.现有的几种(?)调节算法,其微分环节的实现均是采用差分法。本文提出不完全微分型离散 PID 调节的一种新算法,在这种算法中只有数值积分运算。计算机模拟结果表明,此算法更真实地反映了微分环节的作用,它的离散误差比现有算法带来的误差小。而且,新算法和传统算法的运算次数几乎相同.
Due to its advantages of flexible structure and convenient parameter setting, PID control has been widely applied in industrial process control. Several existing regulation algorithms adopt the difference method to realize the differential links. In this paper, a new algorithm of incompletely differentiated PID tuning is proposed, in which only numerical integration is used. Computer simulation results show that this algorithm can more accurately reflect the role of differential links, and its discrete error is less than the error caused by the existing algorithms. Moreover, the new algorithm and the traditional algorithm are almost the same number of operations.
