我院是一所综合性的教学医院,设有病床600张,平均每年约收治一万病人。为了跟上医院改革的步战,为医院科学管理提供准确的信息和为提高医疗质量和工作效率,我们统计分析了我院25年(1960～1984年)的平均病床工作日、病床使用率、病床周转次数、平均住院日和病床有效利用值等五项指标,并提出相应的质量控制图。一、平均病床工作日,是在一定时期内平均每张病床实际工作日数。
Our hospital is a comprehensive teaching hospital with 600 beds and an average of approximately 10,000 patients per year. In order to keep pace with the hospital reform, provide accurate information for hospital scientific management, and improve medical quality and work efficiency, we statistically analyzed the average bed workday and bed occupancy rate in our hospital for 25 years (1960-1984). Five indicators such as the number of bed turnovers, the average hospital stay, and the effective utilization value of the beds, and corresponding quality control charts. First, the average working day for beds is the average number of working days per bed in a certain period of time.
