在铵梯炸药生产过程中,碾混机的出料刮板经数次改进,已达到较理想的效果。但用空压机作气源,还存在以下不足:一次性投资大(购置空压机和有关管道约12万元);能源消耗大(三台3WC-0.9/7-A型空压机,每年电费约217万元);需专人管理。为此,我们设计制作一套气压源。利用碾混机传动轴,通过偏心轮带动气缸活塞杆往复运动,产生气压储存于气压包内,供自动出料刮板用。气压源结构示意图见图1。
