为了提高轧辊表面强度,减小应力集中,延长轧辊寿命,利用光纤激光毛化设备对轧辊表面进行无序毛化。研究了激光功率、轧辊转速、激光头平移速度以及脉冲频率对无序毛化点分布的影响,提出了四种无序毛化的方法,即:速度调试法、频率调试法、外部调试法和综合调试法。实验结果表明,四种方法都可以实现无序毛化,其中综合调试法无序化程度更大,毛化质量最佳。研究结果已应用于实际生产。
In order to improve the roll surface strength, reduce stress concentration, extend roll life, the use of fiber laser texturing equipment on the roll surface disorder hair. The effects of laser power, roll speed, laser head translation speed and pulse frequency on the distribution of disordered texturing points were studied. Four kinds of disordered texturing methods were proposed, namely, speed debugging, frequency debugging, external debugging and Integrated debugging method. The experimental results show that all four methods can realize the disorderly texturing, in which the integrated debugging method is more disorderly and the texturing quality is the best. The results have been applied to actual production.
