木兰集东遗址坐落在海林市三道河子乡木兰集村东约1公里处的台地上。其西约0.5公里处有一条小河由南向北流经该遗址后注入牡丹江。遗址东部是一条南北走向的乡级公路,北约100米处是牡丹江(图一)。 木兰集东遗址的发掘工作是配合莲花水电站工程而进行的。黑龙江省文物考古研究所和黑龙江大学历史系91级部分同学参加 Mulan Jidong site is located in Hailin Sandaohe Mulanji village about 1 km east of the platform. About 0.5 km west of it, a small river flows from south to north and flows into Mudanjiang River. The ruins of the east is a north-south-oriented township road, 100 meters north of Mudanjiang (Figure 1).
