目的了解长期接触噪音环境的作业工人听力和心血管系统的损伤情况。方法采取整群抽样方法 ,调查长期接触噪音环境的作业工人18 1例为接噪组,非接触噪音环境的作业工人17 3例为对照组,进行纯音听阈测试、心电图和血压检查。结果接触噪声环境作业工人听力异常检出率为12.2%,高血压检出率为9.9%,心电图异常检出率为19.3%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0 5);接噪组中,因工龄段不同的工人听力异常检出率、高血压检出率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0 5)。结论长期作业在噪音环境中的工人听力及心血管系统均会遭到不同程度的损伤。
Objective To understand the hearing and cardiovascular system injuries of workers exposed to noise over a long period of time. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate 18 1 working workers exposed to noise for a long time and 17 3 workers working in non-contact noise environment for noise exposure. The pure tone audiometry, electrocardiogram and blood pressure were performed. Results The detection rate of hearing abnormalities was 12.2%, the detection rate of hypertension was 9.9% and the abnormality rate of electrocardiogram was 19.3% in workers exposed to noise. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the noise group, the detection rate of hearing abnormalities and the detection rate of hypertension were significantly different among workers with different ages (P <0.0 5). Conclusion Workers’ hearing and cardiovascular system with long-term operation in noisy environment suffer different degrees of damage.
