通过对无孔型轧制的技术分析和现场试验,得出无孔型轧制可以在大间距轧机上实现。滑动导卫结构的改进可有效控制轧件扭转。无孔型轧制技术的应用可提高轧辊寿命3-4倍,降低电耗3%等优点。
Through the technical analysis and field test of the non-perforated rolling, it is concluded that the non-perforated rolling can be realized on the large-pitch mill. Sliding guide guard structure can effectively improve the control of rolling torsion. Application of non-perforated rolling technology can improve the life of the roll 3-4 times, reducing power consumption 3% and so on.
