目的:研究叶面喷施亚硒酸钠对滁菊品质及抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法:通过田间试验,研究叶面喷施不同浓度亚硒酸钠(100、150、200、250 g/hm2)对滁菊硒含量、产量、总黄酮与多糖含量,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:叶面喷施亚硒酸钠能提高滁菊硒、总黄酮和总多糖含量,增加滁菊产量,增强SOD、CAT活性,降低MDA含量;不同处理中,以施亚硒酸钠150 g/hm2滁菊中硒含量、产量最高,SOD、CAT活性最强,MDA含量最低,超过此浓度,作用呈下降趋势。结论:叶面喷施亚硒酸钠能够提高滁菊品质,增加产量,增强抗氧化能力。
Objective: To study the effects of foliar application of sodium selenite on the quality and antioxidant enzyme activity of chrysanthemum. Methods: The effects of foliar application of sodium selenite (100, 150, 200, 250 g / hm2) on selenium content, yield, total flavonoids and polysaccharides, and superoxide dismutase SOD, catalase (CAT) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Results: Foliar application of sodium selenite could increase the content of selenium, total flavonoids and total polysaccharide in chrysanthemum, increase the production of chrysanthemum, increase the activity of SOD and CAT and decrease the content of MDA. In different treatments, / hm2 Chu Ju selenium content, the highest yield, SOD, CAT activity strongest, MDA content lowest, beyond this concentration, the role of a downward trend. Conclusion: Foliar application of sodium selenite can improve the quality of chrysanthemum, increase the yield and enhance the antioxidant capacity.
