塔吉克加尔姆地球动力学试验场开展了几乎所有地质学与地球物理学项目的观测研究,是世界上一个少有的试验场。该区包括中亚-帕米尔和天山巨型构造的毗邻部分及其分界处的塔吉克洼地,有人认为欧亚板块与印度板块正是在这里发生碰撞的,因而其地壳形变史相当复杂,不是一些简单的地球动力学模型所能描述的。本文综合分析了该区有关大地测量、磁测、地质学和地震学等方面的资料,发现本区的大地构造,地震活动以及现代地壳运动皆与垂直于构造走向而近于水平的挤压有关。
The Tajik Garm Geodynamic Experimental Site carries out observational studies of almost all geology and geophysics projects and is one of the rare test sites in the world. This area includes the contiguous parts of the Central Asian-Pamir and Tianshan mega structures and the Tajik depression at its boundaries. Some believe that it is exactly where the Eurasian Plate and the Indian Plate collided that their crustal deformation history is rather complex and not trivial Earth’s dynamics model can describe. This paper comprehensively analyzes the data about the geodesy, magnetism survey, geology and seismology in this area and finds that the tectonics, earthquakes and modern crustal movement in this area are all related to the extrusion that is perpendicular to the tectonic strike and horizontal .
