随着我国经济实力的不断增强,市场竞争力也随之增大,一个企业想要稳定可持续地生存下去,就要从整体上提升企业的实力,而企业文化作为反映企业经营水平的指标之一,不能忽视。如何在快速发展的新时期下,利用企业文化提高核心竞争力,优化内部管理结构,是我国相关部门面临的一个重要课题。本文就企业文化的主要内涵、企业文化在企业管理中的作用以及企业文化在企业管理中的战略定位等方面进行了分析。
As China’s economic strength continues to increase, its market competitiveness will also increase. If a company wants to survive in a stable and sustainable manner, its overall strength should be enhanced. Corporate culture as one of the indicators reflecting the level of business operation ,can not be ignored. How to use the corporate culture to enhance its core competitiveness and optimize its internal management structure is an important issue for the relevant departments in our country in the new period of rapid development. This article analyzes the main connotation of corporate culture, the role of corporate culture in corporate management and the strategic positioning of corporate culture in corporate management.
