吸入性变态反应原包括屋尘,螨,霉菌,花粉等,是引起属Ⅰ型变态反应的变态反应性鼻炎的主要变态反应原。我科1986年6月～1988年7月对211例常年性鼻炎进行了吸入性变态反应原皮内试验,结果分析如下。 材料及方法 变态反应原浸液:包括屋尘,棉絮,枕垫料,丝垫料,多价兽毛,多价羽毛,多价霉菌Ⅰ,早春花粉,晚春花粉,夏秋花粉,烟,蒿属花粉,螨,多价霉菌Ⅱ共14种,均为北京协和医院变态反应科提供。 特异性变态反应原皮内试验:取变态反应原液以1:100稀释,同时以生理盐水作对照,在上臂外侧消毒后皮内注射0.02ml,15分钟后,按叶氏标准判定结果。本组阳性标准定为1个“+”或以上。
