自从2010年新课标卷40题第3小问认识“历史前提”开始,开放性试题已经连续7年成为新课标高考的一道经典题型,这种命题模式已经制度化。2016年高考新课标卷在I卷、Ⅱ卷的基础上新增了Ⅲ卷,三套试卷41题并驾齐驱,开放性试题体现了继承中的创新。笔者以2016年高考新课标Ⅱ卷文综历史41题为例,谈谈开放性试题的一点认识,求教于广大同仁。一、试题多元解读做这道试题,关键要认真审题掌握做题步骤。
