目的:测定甲硝唑漱口液中甲硝唑的含量。方法:采用一阶导数光谱法不经分离直接测定甲硝唑的含量,选定的测定波长为296.5nm。结果:平均回收率为100.4％,RSD为0.9％。结论:方法快速、简便,结果满意。
Objective: To determine the content of metronidazole in metronidazole gargle. Methods: The content of metronidazole was determined directly by first derivative spectroscopy without separation. The selected wavelength was 296.5 nm. Results: The average recovery was 100.4% with a RSD of 0.9%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and satisfactory.
