学习记忆能力是脑的重要功能。随着年龄老化,记忆力随之下降。噪声暴露引起记忆力衰退已有文献报道。然而,脑功能对噪声的耐受性是否有年龄差异,这一问题尚未见研究。本实验即以复杂迷宫觅食途径的学习记忆能力为指标,观测不同年龄小白鼠对噪声耐受性的差异。实验包括三方面:(1)学习记忆能力的比较;(2)记忆力巩固程度的比较;(3)记忆力对噪声耐受性的比较。
Learning and memory skills are important functions of the brain. With age, memory decreases. Noise exposure caused by memory loss has been reported in the literature. However, whether there is any age difference in the tolerance of brain function to noise has not been studied. In this experiment, taking the learning and memory ability of complex maze as a feeding route as an index, we observed the difference of noise tolerance of mice of different ages. The experiment includes three aspects: (1) comparison of learning and memory ability; (2) comparison of the consolidation degree of memory; (3) comparison of memory tolerance to noise.
