小冠花种子中的硬实率达20~60%,破除硬实用浓硫酸浸泡20分钟。实验中将吸胀的种子作为对照,将第五天尚未吸胀的种子作为硬实。将处理后的硬实种子与对照同步发芽,测试其生理生化指标。结果表明,硬实种子的发芽率、活力指数、ATP含量和抗逆性均高于对照,而电导率则低于对照,表明小冠花的硬实粒是高活力种子。
Corolla seeds in the hard rate of 20 to 60%, get rid of hard and practical concentrated sulfuric acid soak for 20 minutes. In the experiment, the swollen seeds were used as a control, and the seeds which were not swollen on the fifth day were hardened. The treated hard seeds germinated simultaneously with the control, and its physiological and biochemical indexes were tested. The results showed that the germination rate, vigor index, ATP content and stress resistance of hard seeds were higher than those of the control, but the conductivity was lower than that of the control, which indicated that the hard kernels of the honeysuckle were highly active seeds.
