小批量、多品种商用车制造企业的零部件采购优化取决于供应商的动态选择以及采购量的优化,必须充分利用各种生产数据实现供应商的动态选择以及降低采购成本。本文应用层次分析法(AHP)对生产运作过程中每个批次的供应商进行动态选择,并依据生产周排产计划应用层次分析法与模糊线性规划来确定最终生产周计划批次的供货商及供货数量。
The optimization of parts procurement in small-batch and multi-variety commercial vehicle manufacturers depends on the dynamic selection of suppliers and the optimization of purchase volume. Various production data must be fully utilized to realize the dynamic selection of suppliers and reduce the purchase cost.
