以皮胶原纤维为模板,制备了SO2-4/ZrO2-NiO固体酸催化剂,利用皮胶原、镍和锆的特殊化学反应特性,制备纤维状的纳米结构催化剂,通过SEM、FT-IR、TPD等测试技术手段对催化剂的形貌和酸性进行了表征.分别研究了镍的加入量、浸酸浓度、浸酸时间和热处理温度等条件对固体酸催化剂性能的影响.实验结果表明,最佳制备条件为:镍加入量为1.0 g,浸酸浓度为2 mol/L,浸酸10 h条件下制得的SO2-4/ZrO2-NiO型固体酸保持了皮胶原模板的纤维结构,是中强度酸催化剂,具有良好的催化活性.“,”A novel fibrous SO2-4/ ZrO2-NiO solid acid catalyst was prepared using collagen fiber as the template.The surface morphology of the as-prepared catalyst was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).To collect the Temperature-programmed decomposition (TPD) of ammonia and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) were conducted to determine the acid strength of the catalyst.It was found that the SO2-4/ZrO2-NiO catalyst had well-defined fibrous morphology,which contained both medium strong acidic sites and strong acidic sites.The results showed that SO2-4/ZrO2-NiO catalyst was maintained collagen fiber structure template,it had a good catalytic activity.
