当前,在全国大中型城市公共交通企业中,绝大多数是公益性国有企业,在国家开展“公交都市”建设中,是站在最前沿的实践者,肩负着落实公交优先发展战略的重任,在提高城市公共交通服务水平,满足人民群众基本出行需求,缓解城市交通拥堵和资源环境压力等方面,都具有不可替代的作用。面对这日新月异的新形势,宣传思想工作超前思维积极跟进,如何运用新观念、新理念,构建新格局,树立“公交为民”新形象,已成为共同思考的课题。笔者结合学习实践,谈以下三点。一、把握好宣传思想工作之“势”

They are the foremost practitioners in carrying out the construction of “public transport city” in the country and shoulder the responsibility of implementing the priority development strategy of public transport It plays an irreplaceable role in improving urban public transport service, meeting people’s basic travel needs, relieving urban traffic congestion and resources and environmental pressures. Faced with this new and rapidly changing situation, it has become a topic for common thinking that how to apply the new concepts and concepts, establish a new pattern and establish a new image of “public transportation for the people” through active follow-up of thinking ahead of propaganda and ideological work. The author combines study and practice, to talk about the following three points. First, grasp the propaganda and ideological work “potential”
