对42例肺癌患者(肺癌组)、32例肺良性疾病患者(良性病组)及20例健康献血者(正常对照组)采用改良TRAP-EL ISA法检测外周血端粒酶的活性,用放射免疫法检测血清CEA,CA50的含量,比色法测定血清SA含量。结果肺癌组端粒酶活性及血清CEA、CA50、SA含量明显高于其他两组。证实端粒酶对肺癌诊断有较高价值,灵敏性明显高于CA50(P<0.05),特异性、准确性、灵敏性与CEA、SA相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
Twenty-four patients with lung cancer (lung cancer group), 32 patients with benign pulmonary disease (benign disease group) and 20 healthy blood donors (normal control group) were assayed by modified TRAP-ELISA method for the activity of telomerase in peripheral blood, Serum CEA and CA50 levels were detected by immunoassay and serum SA levels by colorimetric assay. Results The telomerase activity, serum CEA, CA50 and SA in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups. Confirmation of telomerase in the diagnosis of lung cancer have a higher value, the sensitivity was significantly higher than CA50 (P <0.05), specificity, accuracy, sensitivity and CEA, SA was no significant difference (P> 0.05).
