近两年来,珠海市重视医疗卫生事业的建设和发展,在城市医疗卫生建设和农村卫生“三项建设”方面,加强宏观调控,保证资金投入,卫生建设取得了突破性进展。1993年全年基本建设投资1亿多元,完成基本建设项目50项,建筑面积5万平方米,新增先进仪器设备近千件。近半年来,先后峻工投入使用的有市人民医院外科大楼、市妇幼保健院住院大楼、市卫生防疫站、市医疗中心影像部和外伤门诊等。
In the past two years, Zhuhai City has attached great importance to the construction and development of medical and health undertakings. It has strengthened macroeconomic regulation and control in the construction of urban medical and health and “three constructions” of rural health, ensuring investment in funds, and has made breakthroughs in health construction. In 1993, the capital construction investment exceeded 100 million yuan, 50 basic construction projects were completed, the construction area was 50,000 square meters, and nearly 1,000 new advanced equipments were added. In the past six months, the surgical building of the Municipal People’s Hospital, the hospital building of the City Maternal and Child Health Hospital, the municipal health and epidemic prevention station, the image department of the medical center of the city and the trauma clinic have been put into operation.
