发生经过1984年4月13日上午新驿公社某村社员顾某在本村供销社门市部买了一份削价干咸带鱼。回家用水洗净蘸面糊油煎后食用,全家7人进食,半小时后即陆续出现中毒症状。患者除13日中午增食干咸带鱼外,其余均为近日常食食物。采集覆盖病人呕吐物的黄砂和烹调前后的生熟咸色检验,认为中毒与食用变质咸鱼有关。临床资料本次食物中毒发病率为100%。男5人、女2人,最小者9岁,最大者61岁。平均潜伏期为4小时,最短者0.5小时,最长者24小时,患者主要自觉症状为频繁的非喷射样呕
