针对采用防火板及防火岩棉进行防火保护的钢桁架-压型钢板-混凝土组合楼盖进行耐火性能试验,试验中考虑开孔的影响。组合楼盖的桁架梁在整体结构中起梁的作用,因此组合楼盖的耐火极限要按不低于国家标准有关梁的耐火极限要求进行设计。研究表明,这两种防火保护方法均可使此类组合楼盖的耐火极限不低于2.00h,组合楼盖内部由下至上具有明显的温度梯度分布现象。在组合楼盖的防火保护层上开设灯罩等孔洞时,应做好孔洞处的防火保护。
For fire protection using fire board and fire rock wool steel truss - pressure plate - concrete composite floor fire resistance performance test, taking into account the impact of openings. The truss girder of the combined floor can function as a beam in the overall structure, so the refractory limit of the combined floor cover should be designed according to the fire resistance limit of the relevant beam of the national standard. The research shows that both fire protection methods can make the fire resistance of such composite floor cover not less than 2.00h, and there is obvious temperature gradient distribution from the bottom to the inside of the composite floor cover. In the combination of floor fire protection layer to open the lampshade and other holes, holes should be made of fire protection.
