BOT模式是国外迅速发展起来的广泛应用于公共基础设施建设的融资模式,将BOT融资方式与公共租赁住房项目相结合,是BOT应用领域的扩展,更是公共租赁住房模式创新发展的前景之一。本文拟论证BOT模式应用于公共租赁住房的可行性,并构建PRH-BOT(Public Rental Housing BOT)模式运行框架。
BOT model is a rapidly developing foreign financing model widely used in public infrastructure construction. BOT financing mode combined with public rental housing project is an extension of BOT application field, and it is also one of the prospects for innovation and development of public rental housing model . This article intends to demonstrate the feasibility of applying the BOT model to public rental housing and to construct a PRH-BOT (Public Rental Housing BOT) operational framework.
