患者女,57岁。因乏力、纳差、尿黄5天,1998年11月10日入院。患者于半月前因双下肢麻木,在当地医院诊治,给予复方丹参注射液30ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml静滴,每日1次。下肢麻木感好转,继续治疗。静滴1周后自觉明显乏力,食欲减退,恶心,呕吐1次,为胃内容物。自服“胃舒冲剂”治疗无效。近2天发现尿黄,如浓茶色,无尿频、尿急、尿痛等症状。同时发现眼
