五、脉冲弧焊电源1.脉冲弧焊工艺对电源的要求脉冲弧焊工艺主要特征是焊接电流不是连续的,而是脉冲式的。因此要求电源:(1)脉冲电流的脉冲幅值、脉冲频率、脉宽比等参数可调。有时还要求脉冲电流波形变换。(2)基值电流的幅值和持续时间可调。(3)脉冲电流电源与基值电流电源静外特性要相匹配。一般脉冲 TIG 焊时,两者均以陡降外特性为宜。而脉冲 MIG 焊时,两者均用平特性,或平特性与陡降外特性组合
