目的通过对髌骨软骨生物力学特性的研究,探讨髌骨软化症的病因。方法测定8例新鲜髌骨软骨标本的粘弹特性,观察载荷(500Pa)对离体髌骨软骨的松弛和蠕变效应。结果得到了生理状态定载荷条件下的位移—时间曲线和定变形条件下的载荷—时间曲线及其相关数据。结论不适当的载荷可破坏髌骨软骨的粘弹性和软骨的负反馈调节机制,导致软骨退变。
Objective To study the biomechanical characteristics of patella cartilage to explore the etiology of chondromalacia patellae. Methods The viscoelastic properties of 8 fresh patella cartilage specimens were measured. The relaxation and creep effects of loaded (500Pa) on isolated patella cartilage were observed. Results The displacement-time curves under physiological loading and the load-time curves under fixed deformation and the related data were obtained. Conclusion Improper loading can damage the viscoelasticity of patella cartilage and the negative feedback regulation of cartilage, leading to degeneration of cartilage.
