具有悠久、独特文化底蕴的中国色彩,给西方人的感觉是是神秘、含蓄。中国油画自诞生以来可谓是几经波折,在不断的发展过程中,最终摆脱西方传统绘画的束缚,以极具民族色彩的姿态屹立于世界艺术之林。“包容性”是中华文化几千年杰出卓越的主要原因。长期受中国传统文化的熏陶下画家笔下的作品,其题材、形式以及精神无不蕴含着中国浩瀚无际的文化语境。内蒙古当代本土油画也是在这样的环境下产生的。具有独特、丰富多彩的地域民族文化的油画艺术风格。如果一件事情可以用文字语言讲述,那一个时代可以用色彩语言呈现。内蒙古油画自发展至今,随着时代的变迁以及画家自身修养的加深等因素,其色彩语言作为内蒙古本土油画重要组成部分,也在逐渐丰富与发展。
