采用自建动态酯化反应实验装置,通过色谱分析测定了不同催化剂上乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯合成反应的转化率~时间关系曲线.根据多种催化剂的活性及寿命,筛选出一种较为理想的锆基催化剂.该催化剂在实验条件下,反应2h,转化率达97%,对目标产物的选择性为100%.采用程序升温分解(TPDE)及吡啶的程序升温脱附(TPD),X射线衍射(XRD)等手段,对新鲜的和重复使用的锆基催化剂进行分析.结果表明,催化剂中的结晶水受到Zr4+的诱导作用,使催化剂表面产生较强的B酸中心,从而对反应具有较高的催化活性;催化剂结晶水不受使用次数的影响,使得催化剂具有稳定的结构,因而具有较长的使用寿命.
The conversion rate ~ time curve of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate synthesis reaction on different catalysts was determined by chromatographic analysis using a self-built dynamic esterification reaction apparatus. According to a variety of catalyst activity and life expectancy, screening out a more ideal zirconium-based catalyst.
