采用激光燃烧合成技术,对掺杂钨精矿石粉末的钨精矿石/Al-Cu粉末压坯进行燃烧合成。采用SEM、OM、XRD以及维氏硬度计研究了钨精矿石粉末的含量对合金微观结构、致密化行为及硬度的影响。结果表明:掺杂钨精矿石粉末可提高合金组织的细化、均匀化程度,促进其致密性。当钨精矿石粉末与Al-Cu粉末的质量比为3%时,试样的合成密度和硬度最高,分别为3.43g/cm3、HV 244.4。
The tungsten oxide ore / Al-Cu powder compacts doped with tungsten ore powder are combusted and synthesized by laser combustion synthesis technology. The effects of tungsten powder content on the microstructure, densification behavior and hardness of the alloy were investigated by SEM, OM, XRD and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that: doping tungsten ore ore powder can improve the degree of refinement and homogenization of the alloy and promote its compactness. When the mass ratio of tungsten ore powder to Al-Cu powder is 3%, the highest density and hardness of the samples are 3.43g / cm3 and HV 244.4, respectively.
