In recent years, China’s private enterprises are performing a “changing handsome” drama. The first generation of private enterprise entrepreneurs who started in the 1980s began to gradually retreat behind the scenes. The next generation born before and after 1970 began to accept the baton and go toward management and decision-making frontiers in corporate politics. Private enterprises began to embark on a “replacement” journey, and “family handover classes” will become an important economic phenomenon in the new stage of the new century. Turning over the list of famous companies, we can easily discover that the first batch of private entrepreneurs who started their business in the 70s of the last century, even if they were young men in their 20s, are now between 50 and 60 years old. In the next ten years, Chinese family businesses will set off an upsurge of large-scale handovers. In the near future, on the Chinese economic arena, there will be a group of more young and more energetic young steers leading the more powerful China National Enterprise fleet to the world.
