医药行业是一个竞争相对激励的行业,资金投入高、知识更新快、市场变化大,客观上要求药企需要不断组织员工培训,才能提升人力资源价值,适应企业发展和市场变化。但是,多数药企员工的培训流于形式,学员学习积极性不高,培训效果不佳,究其原因,很大程度上是员工培训还处于粗放式管理阶段,没有细致的对影响药企人力资源培训有效性因素进行分析。所以,本文选取山西振东集团下属四家子公司作为实证研究对象,通过问卷、访谈等方式确定影响药企人力资源培训有效性的因素,并进行有效性因素评价,进而提出提高药企人力资源培训有效性的对策。
