目的:探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-aminolevulinic acid mediated photodynamic therapy,ALAPDT)治疗乳房外Paget病的临床疗效。方法:对10例乳房外Paget病患者进行ALA-PDT治疗,每2周1次,连续治疗5次。3个月内每2周随防1次,3个月后每月随访1次,随访时间6个月~1年。结果:3例患者经过5次治疗后完全缓解;5例患者部分缓解,其中3例患者肿瘤明显缩小后,给予手术治疗,效果良好;2例患者无反应,但肿瘤均有不同程度的缩小。结论:ALA-PDT是一种疗效好、复发率低、无创伤性的治疗乳房外Paget病的有效方法。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALAPDT) in the treatment of extramammary Paget’s disease. Methods: Ten patients with extraparental Paget disease were treated with ALA-PDT once a week for 5 times. Within 3 months every 2 weeks with anti-1, 3 months after a monthly follow-up time of 6 months to 1 year. Results: Three patients were completely relieved after five treatments. Five patients were partially relieved. Three patients were treated with surgery after the tumor was significantly reduced. The two patients showed no response but the tumors were reduced to some extent. Conclusion: ALA-PDT is a effective, low recurrence rate, non-invasive treatment of extrapage disease of the Paget disease is an effective method.
