我国社会经济不断发展,建筑行业也面临机遇与挑战并存的时期,而在行业发展的过程中,建筑工程管理作为其中至关重要的一个环节,仍旧处于发展完善阶段。有些个人或建筑企业,往往为了节约生产成本与建筑施工整体效率,而忽略了建筑质量,因此,建筑工程管理具有较大发展空间,另一方面,我国许多地区的建筑工程管理领域发展缓慢甚至停滞现象较为突出,存在着许多较为严重的管理问题,针对这种现象,我们只有创新建筑工程管理理念,完善相关管理思路系统,才能更好的有效保障建筑行业的良性发展,更好地促进社会经济的稳定发展。本文根据笔者工作实践,对房屋影响建筑施工管理的因素及对策进行了分析。 China’s social and economic development continues, the construction industry is also facing the opportunities and challenges coexist in the period, and in the process of industry development, construction management as one of the most crucial aspects, is still in the development and improvement stage.
