目的观察三环自然疗法的白血加药物穴位注射、天灸发泡、中药制剂辨证内服的中医综合整体疗法，在慢性乙型、丙型肝炎的治疗效果．方法按照1990年第六届全国《病毒性肝炎防治方案》慢性病毒性肝炎诊断标准，选择A组经典型慢性乙型肝炎439例，男298例，女141例，年龄18岁～40岁337例，41岁-65岁102例；B组变异型慢性乙型肝炎（非经典型乙型肝炎）294例，男202例，女92例，年龄18岁～40岁75例，41岁-65岁219例；C组慢性丙型肝炎102例，男67例，女35例，年龄18岁～40岁69例，41岁-65岁33例．所有病例病史均在6mo以上．病毒学标志物HBVDNA和（或）HCVRNA均阳性，伴肝功能谷丙转氨酶（ALT）异常或反复异常史；．临床表现为乏力、纳差、腹胀及肝区不适等症状．通过中西医辨证辨病结合原则，根据不同病情，选用不同穴位、不同药物，施以三环自然疗法的针、灸、药综合治疗方法，1次／wb，12次为1个疗程，连续2个疗程．结果治疗前后血清病毒学标志对比情况：HI3srtH治疗前阳性数A组439例，B组294例，治疗后阳性数A组383例，B组264例，转阴率A组12．8％，B组10．2％．mp治疗前阳性数A组439例，治疗后阳性数167例，转阴率62％．HBVDNA治疗前阳性数A组438例，294例，治疗后阳性数A组205例，B组sl例，转阴率A组53．3?
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of three-ring natural therapy of white blood plus drug acupoint injection, day moxibustion foaming and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic type B and C hepatitis.
