利用三电极两间隙的触发放电方式配合相应的电源调波电路构成了一种无开关的毛细管等离子体射流发生器装置。实验研究了开关时延的特性 ,分析了毛细管放电的击穿发展过程 ,验证了无开关毛细管等离子体发生器概念的可行性。
The three-electrode two-gap trigger discharge mode cooperates with the corresponding power supply wave-making circuit to form a switchless capillary plasma jet generator device. The characteristics of switching delay were experimentally studied, the breakdown process of capillary discharge was analyzed, and the feasibility of switchless capillary plasma generator was verified.
