随着海外市场的拓展,蒙古国塔木察格项目地面施工日渐完善,通过近3年来施工状况分析,蒙古塔木察格地处区气候属大陆性亚寒带型,无霜期在6至9月份,约越90至110天,最低气温达到-44~-38°C;降水量少,气候干旱;多年平均降水量为204.7~237.3mm;相对湿度为38~57%;平均风速为3.4~3.9米/秒,最高可达到16~24米/秒;覆雪时间平均为102天,最长可达到157~188天。由于受项目运行的多种制约,施工期一般在7至11月份,在低温环境下进行管道焊接施工量较大,通过分析在低温环境下影响焊接质量因素,制定相应焊接工艺保障焊接质量。
