日本厚朴种子具有休眠习性,常规层积方法打破休眠需时间长且播后发芽率不整齐。本实验研究了昼夜变温、阶段变温以及不同浓度GA处理结合低温层积的方法打破日本厚朴种子休眠的效果,实验结果表明:GA处理结合低温层积是打破日本厚朴种子休眠的最佳途径,且随GA浓度升高,打破休眠的效果愈好;昼夜变温处理打破休眠效果次之,阶段变温最差。本实验采用24穴格穴盘对日本厚朴种子进行容器育苗,结果表明穴盘育苗方式与传统育苗方式相比具有很多优点,并介绍了日本厚朴的穴盘育苗技术,可供生产中参考。
Japan Magnolia seeds have dormancy habits, conventional stratification method to break dormancy takes a long time and sowing germination rate is not regular. In this experiment, we studied the effect of diurnal temperature, phase change, GA treatment combined with low temperature stratification on the dormancy of Japanese Magnolia officinalis seedlings. The results showed that GA treatment combined with cold stratification was the best way to break dormancy of Japanese Magnolia officinalis , And with the GA concentration increased, the better the effect of breaking dormancy; diurnal temperature change treatment to break the dormancy second, the temperature change the worst stage. In this experiment, 24 holes grid tray was used to seed container seedlings of Magnolia officinalis. The results showed that plug seedling system had many advantages compared with traditional seedling raising methods, and introduced plug seedling cultivation technology of Japanese Magnolia officinalis, which could be used for reference in production .
