一、前言 为了解决活塞环的径向非圆曲线外形加工问题,我厂在84年提出微机数控活塞环车床的方案,并和四川省机械研究设计院合作,对 D 12A液压仿型车床进行了微机数控改造,今年8月已正式通过鉴定,并投入生产运行,该车床的改造在国内尚属首创。 活塞环的仿型靠模加工,对凸轮及仿型机床精度要求都高,但凸轮加工方式目前普遍存在加工精度不高,生产率低,制造困难,新产品开发周期长等问题,即便是目前精度较好的线切割加工,也难以同时兼顾到生产效率及制造成本,在市场竞争使产品生产趋向于多品种小批量生产的今天,传统加工设备及工艺应变能力差的弱点变得更为明显。近年来国内外数控车床的发展已相当迅速,用微电子技术对传统工艺进行改造已定为“七五”期间的国策之一,采用微机数控进行非圆曲线车削、可以立足于目前各企业对现有仿型加工专机进行改造而得以实现,同时由于计算机对加工曲线进行数、值、量控制,省去了凸轮,使传统加工方法中存在的诸种问题均可得到较好的解决,而整个系统改造费用仅相当于普通车床的数控改造费用,
