利用fluent软件在稳态、湍流、两相流的条件下对后混合磨料水射流喷头内部流场进行了数值模拟,并对喷头主要几何参数进行了分析。研究表明,聚焦管入口收缩角α越小,越有利于流动,避免了磨料在聚焦管入口处聚集而产生堵塞。聚焦管出口直径越小,磨料出口速度越大,但聚焦管出口直径越小,混合腔内部形成的负压越小,不利于磨料的吸入。聚焦管出口直径应以水喷嘴直径3倍左右为宜。
The fluent software is used to simulate the internal flow field of the rear mixed abrasive water jet nozzle under the conditions of steady state, turbulent flow and two-phase flow, and the main geometrical parameters of the nozzle are analyzed. The results show that the smaller the angle α of the convergent tube entrance is, the better the flow is and the more the clogging of the abrasive at the inlet of the focusing tube is avoided. The smaller the outlet diameter of the focusing tube, the greater the speed of the abrasive outlet, but the smaller the outlet diameter of the focusing tube, the smaller the negative pressure formed inside the mixing chamber, which is not conducive to the inhalation of the abrasive. Focusing tube outlet diameter should be about 3 times the diameter of the water nozzle is appropriate.
