本文介绍了相位控制SAWO的基本原理及双抽指结构窄带延迟线频响特性.对频率稳定性和重复性等有关问题进行了分析计算,并对有关问题提出一些初步看法.实验中采用的双抽指结构延迟线3分贝带宽为200千赫,主旁峯比优于20分贝 插损20—30分贝,中心频率98.7兆赫.用它作为频控元件与宽带放大器组成振荡器.振荡器频率98.7兆赫,常温下的稳定性10~(-6)数量级,秒级稳定性10~(-9)数量级.
In this paper, the basic principle of phase control SAWO and the frequency response characteristics of narrow-band delay line with double-finger structure are introduced, and some problems such as frequency stability and repeatability are analyzed and calculated, and some preliminary observations are made on the related problems.In this experiment, The three-dB bandwidth of the finger structure delay line is 200 kHz, the main side peak is better than 20 dB and the insertion loss is 20-30 dB, the center frequency is 98.7 MHz. It is used as a frequency control component and a broadband amplifier to form an oscillator. The oscillator frequency is 98.7 Megahertz, stability at room temperature 10 -6 (-6) magnitude, second-order stability of 10 -9 (-9) order of magnitude.
