目的:探讨正常及妊高征孕妇血浆CGRP 水平变化及其CGRP 在妊高征发病中的作用。方法:采用放射免疫分析法测定了妊高征妇女68 例、正常孕妇87 例及正常非孕妇女10 例的血浆CGRP 水平。结果:正常孕妇血浆CGRP 水平早期(111 .40 ±57 .06ng/L) 与正常非孕妇对照(90 .86 ±58 .14ng/L) 无明显差异, 随着孕期进展逐渐升高( 中孕213 .96 ±108 .67ng/L, 晚孕323 .39 ±131 .94ng/L) ; 妊高征患者血浆CGRP 水平轻度(329 .89 ±114 .44ng/L) 与正常晚孕对照无差异,随着病情加重逐渐降低( 中度255 .44 ±121 .53ng/L, 重度174 .11 ±84 .75ng/L) ; 血浆CGRP 水平与平均动脉压、血清离子钙水平间无明显直线相关关系。结论:CGRP 对妊娠期血压稳定具有重要调节作用, 其血浆含量降低可能是引起妊娠高血压的因素之一
Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma CGRP levels and the role of CGRP in the pathogenesis of PIH in normal and PIH pregnant women. Methods: Plasma CGRP levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in 68 pregnant women with PIH, 87 normal pregnant women and 10 normal pregnant women. Results: There was no significant difference in plasma CGRP levels between normal pregnant women (111 .40 ± 57 .06ng / L) and normal controls (90.86 ± 58.14ng / L), with the progress of pregnancy increasing .96 ± 108.67ng / L, 323.39 ± 131.94ng / L in the third trimester of pregnancy). The level of plasma CGRP in patients with PIH was mild (329.89 ± 114.44ng / L) There was no significant linear correlation between plasma CGRP level and mean arterial pressure and serum ionized calcium level as the disease progressed. (Moderate 255.44 ± 121.53ng / L, severe 174.11 ± 84.75ng / L). CONCLUSION: CGRP plays an important role in the regulation of blood pressure during pregnancy. Decreased plasma levels may be one of the factors that cause pregnancy-induced hypertension
