2005年9月27～29日,民政部在社会福利社会化起步早、发展快的温州市召开了全国部分省市民政部门社会福 利处长参加的社会福利工作座谈会,专题讨论研究国家资助民办社会福利机构的有关扶持政策。会议采取看、听、议 的方式。会前,民政部福利司领导及专家考察了温州市救助管理站、温州市社会福利院、温州市民康医院(又名温州 市精神病院)、温州市儿童福利院和红景天、红枫民办社会福利机构。
From September 27 to September 29, 2005, the Ministry of Civil Affairs held a social welfare work forum attended by social welfare directors of civil affairs departments of some provinces and cities in Wenzhou which started socialization of social welfare early and developed rapidly. Before the meeting, leaders and experts from the Welfare Department of the Ministry of Civil Affairs inspected the relief stations of Wenzhou City, Wenzhou Social Welfare Institute, Wenzhou Civil Health Hospital (aka Wenzhou City Psychiatric Hospital), Wenzhou Children's Welfare Institute and Rhodiola, Private social welfare agencies.
