将BaTiO3陶瓷作为第二相无机填料加入CB/聚合物基PTC复合材料,目的是利用BaTiO3陶瓷显著的PTC效应及在基体中与CB相互作用以进一步改善聚合物基复合材料的导电性及PTC性能。结合对材料显微结构的分析,当CB体积分数固定为8%,BaTiO3含量达到一定值时所得材料的导电性优于单一CB和聚合物复合,其PTC效应可提高近两个数量级,且能够在一定程度上削弱负温度系数效应。
The purpose of using BaTiO3 ceramic as a second phase inorganic filler in the CB / polymer-based PTC composites is to further improve the electrical conductivity and PTC performance of the polymer-based composites by utilizing the significant PTC effect of BaTiO3 ceramics and the interaction with CB in the matrix .
