目的:观察麦冬咖啡抗炎免疫功能。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀度炎症,测定小鼠的免疫器官脏体系数和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na_2)引起的小鼠腹腔白细胞数增多研究麦冬咖啡抗炎免疫作用。结果:连续灌胃给药7天,麦冬咖啡(0.5 g/kg和1 g/kg)可以显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠的耳廓肿胀程度,增加小鼠脾脏指数,抑制腹腔白细胞游走。结论:麦冬咖啡有明显的抗炎免疫作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory immune function of Ophiopogon japonicus. Methods: Xylene-induced ear swelling in mice was used to determine the number of immune organs and the number of peritoneal leucocytes in mice induced by sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na 2). The anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects of Ophiopogon japonicus . Results: Radix Ophiopogon (0.5 g / kg and 1 g / kg) could significantly inhibit the auricle swelling of xylene-induced mice and increase the spleen index of mice and inhibit the migration of peritoneal leucocytes. Conclusion: Ophiopogon japonicus has obvious anti-inflammatory and immunological effects.
